A Cuban singer-songwriter based in Toronto since 2014.

Zamira describes her music as Nueva Trova with Pop Rock, RnB, Flamenco and Afro-Cuban sound.

Before moving to Canada she was an opera singer for over 10 years, during this time she discovered her passion for writing and started her music journey as a solo artist. Her music is influenced by Elena Burke, Mercedes Sosa, Rosario Flores, Gipsy Kings, Lauryn Hill, Jasmine Sullivan, Polo Montanez and Pablo Milanes to mention a few.
