Klezmer Instrumental: Playing for Yiddish Dance

In this instrumental workshop, Martin Van de Ven will teach klezmer tunes for Yiddish folk dancing.

Emphasis will be placed on playing in a way that supports and responds to dancers' tempo for an enjoyable experience. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to take a Yiddish dance workshop. This workshop is geared towards intermediate musicians who know how to play their instrument but all levels are welcome to join.

No previous Klezmer experience necessary.
