Toronto event
Candlelit Sound Bath for the Summer Solstice

Details
You're invited to an evening of rest, reflection and beautiful live music by Bianca Lee (crystal singing bowls) and Carina Reeves (cello) to welcome the first day of summer.
Set against the warm glow of candlelight, the calming tones of crystal singing bowls and the rich, resonant sounds of live cello will bathe you in stillness, harmony, and wonder. It’s an opportunity to slow down, tune in and take a meaningful pause as the season shifts.
The Summer Solstice honours the longest day of the year - a time traditionally celebrated as a moment of light, renewal, and fresh beginnings. It invites us to reflect on what’s ready to fall away, welcome what’s ready to bloom, and reattune to the deeper rhythm of our lives. Together, we’ll take this time to pause, reconnect, and step into the season with clarity and intention.
No experience is needed - just bring yourself, your breath, and an open heart.
