Beneva Spring Run-Off

Established in 1978, the annual kickoff event for the Canada Running Series, marks the arrival of spring in Toronto’s stunning High Park, inviting runners of all ages to participate and shake off the long Canadian winter.

With a focus on family-friendly fitness, participants can select from 8K, 5K and Kids' Race distances. All runners will receive a souvenir apparel item and a finisher medal, featuring designs inspired by the beauty of High Park.

While it may not be a walk in the park, we look forward to helping you say goodbye to winter and welcome spring.
